DONE-FOR-YOU SYSTEMS FOR BUSINESSES THAT LEAD WITH CARE

Turn the people who find you into customers who stay.

From first hello to long-term loyalty, sized to the capacity you actually have, on a timeline that respects your life. I build websites, reminder automations, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, newsletter frameworks, and whatever else your customers need to transition from brand-curious to a lifelong fan.

Customer journey mapping ✦ CRM setup & automation ✦ Intake forms & onboarding ✦ Newsletter strategy & setup ✦ Client follow-up systems ✦ Website design ✦ Workflow automation

Are you good at the work, but losing leads?

Someone finds you, gets excited, sends a message, and by the time you write back they've booked with someone who answered faster.

A client says yes and you rebuild your whole welcome and intake from scratch again.

The newsletter you meant to send is three months late.

People finish working with you and drift off, and you never get around to asking whether they'd like to come back.

You've got the client signed, you're waiting on a deposit to get started, but you don't want to feel like a nuisance reminding them again.

Every one of these is a gap in the customer journey: the space between the care you give and the systems meant to carry it.

Gaps are fixable.

WHY IT MATTERS

A better customer journey means more time doing the thing you're good at, and less time selling.

Marketing advice tells you to get more eyes, more posts, more impressions, more leads. But if your fanbase is slipping through the gaps and not converting into customers, more traffic just means more people falling through. Tend the journey first, and the audience you already have starts converting, staying, and telling others. You get more from what you've already built, without shouting louder.

Stronger conversion from brand fans to paying customers.

Less internal confusion across your team about who does what.

The customers you have invest more deeply in your business.

Cleaner data, clearer decisions about how you allocate resources.

WHERE DO WE START?

Most working relationships begin with a Customer Journey Audit.

Before we build anything, we need to know what's already there: what's working, where there's friction for fans trying to become customers, and where your user experience could use some tending to.

What's been holding your business up - and what's holding you back.

The Customer Journey Audit is how we figure that out together.

1

Intake You fill out a short form that gets us oriented: the essentials of your business, where your systems sit right now, and an honest read on your capacity.

2

Deep Dive We meet for 90 minutes and go through it all: your client pathway, your systems and tools, your website, your marketing rhythm. We review plans & reality.

3

Action Plan A few days later, you get a written map. Prioritized next steps, in plain language. It's yours either way: take it and run (DIY), or we keep going together.

I am currently offering the customer journey audit at an introductory price of $200.

The point of automation isn't more. It's room.

Every reminder you don't have to remember, every intake you don't rebuild from scratch, is time handed back to the work only you can do.

I offer capacity-aware design: systems sized to the energy and life you actually have, built with or without AI, depending on what you're comfortable with. (Plenty of powerful automation never touches AI at all.)

From folks I've worked with:

Dina has been genuinely helpful in building out the backend of Cuddlist. What sets her apart is that she actually gets the nuance of care-based work. She’s not forcing a corporate framework onto a business built around human connection. She understands why our systems have to hold values, not just tasks. Where she really shines is in automation. She can look at a workflow and see every step that needs to exist before you’ve even thought to ask about it. That kind of systems vision is rare, and for a small team trying to scale without losing its soul, it makes all the difference. If you’re building something that leads with care and you need the backend to actually match that vision, Dina is who you want.

Dina is a delightful and vibrant human and content creator. She is exceptionally welcoming of feedback and actively solicits the input of the full team. Dina brings order to chaos, and creates beautiful designs at the end of often grueling processes. I would and will hire Dina at every organization in my future.

I truly had no clue where to start with writing copy beyond my bio and Dina made it such an easy process. The vibe of the site was something else that was important to me and it really felt like she captured the essence of what I was looking for even when I didn’t have the precise words for it. Dina was very easy to work with. I really found it reassuring to still feel like I was in control of the vision despite needing a bit of guidance/direction to get where I was trying to go especially because transitioning to my own business was kind of sudden. Despite the fact I haven’t done much to it over the last two years aside from updating info here and there, I consistently get a few inquiries a month. People usually comment about how calming and inviting the site is.

Dina has been helping me build out a brand/website for my professional education and counseling practice. She's been a joy to work with! She took time to get to know me a bit in order to help come up with some color, font, and elements for my site that really matched me and what I was trying to do for my profession brand. She is very communicative, clearly explains what she can/can't take care of for me, and gives me tips on how to take care of things on my own. She really wants to leave her clients in a position of being able to handle their own website once she's done the setup, which I greatly appreciate. She also listens to my feedback and adjusts styles/plans where needed. I definitely recommend her for when you need branding/site design help!

Dina designed a small website for my freelancing business. She's a talented designer and communicator... even when my own ideal vision wasn't clear, she put forward her own ideas and readily adapted as my vision evolved. Her work helped give me a starting point for branding, as well as for determining messaging and other elements of my independent brand. Highly recommend!

Dina was a great asset to both sales & marketing teams I managed her on....and would've been at a third that I tried to hire her for. She was very adept at leveraging her wide range of cerebral talents and career experience, particularly counseling, to build rapport with, identify and achieve clear solutions, and develop very productive key account relationships. Combined with extraordinary attention to detail, creativity, technical skills, and understanding of processes....a brilliant asset and resource to any team.
