Everything lives on one platform, so it's built as a one-time setup and then runs on a monthly maintenance plan ($50/month, learn more about what's included). Putting your website, email, scheduling, and CRM in one place is usually cheaper than paying for four separate tools, and it means they talk to each other.

Monthly Maintenance Fee
All builds (website/CRM) include a required $50/month subscription. The first month is included in the build price. This covers your access to the GoHighLevel platform your system runs on, which replaces multiple separate tools you’d otherwise need (website hosting, email marketing, scheduling, and contact management).
Instead of juggling different platforms, everything is connected in one place so your website, leads, and customer communication stay organized as your business grows.
You also have access to the full GoHighLevel toolkit. You’re welcome to explore it on your own, or I can set things up for you or coach you through how to use specific features whenever you’re ready.
Why do you use GoHighLevel?
It lets me build everything in one connected system instead of stitching together multiple tools. That means your website, CRM, messaging, and automations can be customized specifically for how your business works, and everything stays under one roof instead of being spread across different platforms.
What if I need help using something later?
You’re not left on your own. I offer hourly support and coaching for maintenance clients if you want help setting something up, making changes, or learning how to use a feature.
Do the monthly charges stack if I add more features later?
No. The $50/month platform fee is per business account, not per feature. If we start with a website and later add CRM, email marketing, or other tools, it all stays within the same account and the same monthly fee.
Can other team members access the system?
Yes. You can add multiple users (team members, staff, contractors, etc.) and give each person their own login with the access level you choose.

What happens if we stop working together?
Your system stays yours. You can either stay on my monthly maintenance plan ($50/month) for however long you'd like, or I can remove it from my management and “eject” your account so it becomes a fully independent GoHighLevel account under your control, billed directly at GoHighLevel’s standard pricing.
