What I collect depends on how you interact with Butterfly Paperclip:

• If you become a client: the project information I need to do your work, including content, account access, and data required for your CRM, website, and systems.

I store your information on an encrypted, synchronized cloud service with two-factor authentication enabled. My working computer is password-protected, kept in my private home, and does not travel with me. I maintain reasonable safeguards to keep your information secure.

Tools I use

To run Butterfly Paperclip, I rely on a few trusted third-party services, including GoHighLevel for email and website hosting, and Indy for invoicing. These providers process your information only so I can deliver my services, and each maintains its own security and privacy standards. I share information with them only as needed to do the work.

Confidentiality

If we enter a client–consultant relationship, anything sensitive you share with me is treated as confidential. I use it only to provide your services, I don't disclose it to outside parties without your permission unless the law requires it, and I keep reasonable safeguards in place to protect it.

Your choices

You can ask me at any time to access the information I have about you, correct it, or request its deletion (unless I'm required to retain it). You can also opt out of any non-essential emails.

If I update how I handle information, I'll revise this page and update the "last updated" date below.
