We talk
We schedule a time for an in depth conversation about your business, your people, and what the site needs to do. I ask a lot of questions. It's that therapist background coming through!

You hand me the raw material
You send me your story, your services, your photos if you have them. I'll send you prompts for what copy we need, and you send me back your brain dump response as an audio or text file. It does not need to be polished. Messy notes are fine. That is what I am here for.

I build
I build your structure, flesh out your copy, design your site, and set up the connections underneath. You review a working draft.

We refine and launch
Your feedback goes in, the details get tightened, and the site goes live. Typically this process may take one or two rounds of tweaking. Then the settling-in period begins: you get back in access to your web page, a tutorial on how to use any special features, and we move into a monthly retainer or monthly maintenance plan.

Some answers before you book
Why is there a monthly fee after the build?
Every build includes a required $50/month maintenance plan. It covers the platform your site runs on, which replaces website hosting, email marketing, scheduling, and contact management as separate bills. One fee, one connected system, and your site stays hosted, current, and running. You can learn more about it here.
Do I need the CRM stuff too?
Not on day one. Plenty of clients start with a website and add booking, reminders, or a full CRM later. Because it all lives in one account, adding a piece later does not mean starting over, and the monthly fee does not stack.
How long does a build take?
A landing page usually lands within a couple of weeks once I have your material. Full and signature sites take longer, and I will give you an honest timeline before we start. I do not overpromise. It is a policy.
What do you need from me?
Your story in whatever shape it exists, a sense of your services and pricing, and photos if you have them. If writing about yourself makes you want to lie down, good news: you can just send me an audio file of you replying to customized prompts, I'll piece together what we need from your words.
Can I update the site myself after launch?
Yes. It is your system. Some clients never touch it, some want to run their own blog, and some want to learn the whole platform. The Coaching plan exists for exactly that.
What happens if we stop working together?
Your site stays yours. You can either stay on my monthly maintenance plan ($50/month) for however long you'd like, or I can remove it from my management and “eject” your account so it becomes a fully independent GoHighLevel account under your control, billed directly at GoHighLevel’s standard pricing. No hostage situations here.
