What it costs

HIPAA workflow setup: $500–$1,500 one time

Your setup cost depends on the complexity of your forms, workflows, automations, and existing systems. You’ll receive a clear scope and quote before we begin.

HIPAA-supporting infrastructure: included with qualifying monthly plans starting at $300/month

HIPAA-supporting infrastructure is available within select monthly support plans. These plans combine the ongoing system management, updates, and technical support needed to maintain your workflows over time.

Do I need HIPAA compliance for my website?

Not every website requires HIPAA-specific systems.

A simple website that shares information about your services may not involve protected health information. However, if your website collects, stores, or transmits information that could be considered PHI (such as client intake forms, health-related questionnaires, or private client communications) additional safeguards may be needed.

Because every practice has different responsibilities based on its services, workflows, and how information is handled, you are responsible for determining whether HIPAA requirements apply to your business.

I can help you implement HIPAA-supporting systems once you know what your practice requires, but I am not a HIPAA compliance auditor, attorney, or regulatory advisor and cannot determine whether your practice is required to comply.
