Intake A short form that gets us oriented: the essentials of your business, where your systems sit now, what your customer journey looks like, and an honest read on your capacity.

Deep Dive We meet for 90 minutes and go through it all: your client pathway, your tools, your website, your marketing rhythm. Plans and reality, side by side.

Action Plan A few days later you get a written map. Prioritized next steps, in plain language. It's yours either way: take it and run, or we keep going together.
